## How It Works

1. Collectable objects spawn around the map based on your configured sets
2. Players find and collect items using your chosen pickup method
3. Collected items appear as unclaimed stickers in the player's book
4. Players drag stickers into their themed slots to place them
5. Completing sets awards bonus rewards
6. The leaderboard tracks who's collected the most

## Common Questions

**Q: Can I make it harder or easier to find certain collectables?**

> **A:** Yes! You've got lots of options available. For each collectable set, and for each item in it, you can set [unique hints](https://madcap.gitbook.io/docs/premium-resources/creating-sets#hints) that show in the UI, or blips that show on the map. You can even  [toggle outlines](https://madcap.gitbook.io/docs/premium-resources/configuration#objects) around the collectable objects, or make them shine. Or, keep everything off to make finding collectables more of a challenge.

**Q: How do I add custom sticker images?**

> **A:** Place images in the `images/` folder and set `icon = 'filename.png'` in your set config. See the [docs](https://madcap.gitbook.io/docs/premium-resources/mad_collectables/custom-images) for more details.

**Q: Can I use this without a framework?**

> **A:** Yes. It works standalone using player license identifiers.

**Q: How do I find coordinates for placing items?**
